Jesu f*ck, Nate!
Can you be any busier?
But that's the the way I know you like it, you know it.
Great pic of you and Mssrs, Iha.
Love him too!
I can't wait to read 'dewey and will, I promise.
I have to congrat you and Nina again on your child, so sweet.
My daughter is the best, can you believe it?
Spent a month in Paris last summer during Ice land volcano doing very Bowie-ish-sorta nin very international rock record.
great vox and music.
Parisian musicians/Lebanese bassist/singer/songwriter who left Lebanon during the last conflict ( was directing short films/some acting, etc. when he left and jst decided he had had it.
That perspective really put's a spin on your head.
See A.Bourdain:No reservations: lebanon.
But Paris!
I want to live there , dude.!
I
It's like NY with architecture ( even more grand arch.), it's like NYC w/o having to be in the USA.
I'll fill you in on the rest in a private note, it all good, a bity activist but, wtf, right?
Look, I'm so damned proud of you, so honoured to know a guy who busts his ass like this ( I HAVE to see the scary movie too!) and always think about some of the cool music we ALL got to make and I was lucky enough to help out on even if the 'ole internet seems to point out I was a bit harsh.
Never meant to be.
I'm sure you know that.
So much love to yo and your family, luck and good vibes on all of your projects and enjoy every minute of your life, my friend!
I love ya

Hey Nathan,

I stumbled upon your site when I was searching for an image of a VU Meter for a flyer that I am currently designing. Instantly some mesmerizing sonics started playing and I was immediately compelled to seek out who was responsible for it.. So yea I dig the vibe, I make a lot of sample based music and I would love to sample your work, of course with your permission. Maybe I could make a Library of samples for some of your music and possibly discuss ways we can do business. A bit about me; I am an aspiring engineer/producer/songwriter I attended SAE Institute in NY and I have done a lot of underground hiphop work out of Queens where I currently live. My music interests go far beyond hiphop and I like to borrow from different types of music. I like to mix amd mash and make it my own and be as creative as possible. Check out the link I provided I am interested to see what you think. I am currently working out of Mixdownstudio in Yonkers, NY Mixdownstudio.com/WestchesterHD.com and travel underground on the old iron horse just like you. I would like to make your acquaintance, I am always interested talking and learning some trade secrets.

Hi Nathan!

You've been so kind as to share your time and wisdom with me a few times several years ago when I was gathering info on forging my career in music for film. Thanks so much for the inspiration! I've been busy scoring films, doing some commercial work, and recording and performing with a few of my bands. I wanted to share some music with you that I recently composed for a documentary about Nepal called "The People's Nepal". If you happen to find yourself on a Virgin America flight in September or October the film will be shown on their 'documentary' channel. You can hear a few tracks from the film at: www.chrisvibberts.com/songs

I am also releasing a CD soundtrack from the film called "Falling and Rising". I'd be happy to send you a copy for your listening pleasure if you are interested... just email me an address too send it to.

Looks like you are just rocking the music world! Tons of films, collaborations, bands, reunion tours, etc... congratulations! I don't know how you do it all, but it's super inspirational!

Take care and best wishes,

Chris

Nathan,

You gave me some great advice a few years ago when I started my composing career (or whatever it is) and we spoke a few times via email but the email I have for you is dead. I want to email you some things and just get a bit more advice from you if that's okay. If you could shoot me an email I'd really appreciate it. I've got a few other projects/ideas outside of music for film (but music related) and I'd love to get you involved.
